This Privacy Policy explains how Ibiza Private Drivers collects, uses and protects users' personal data, in compliance with the EU GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
We collect the information you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote or booking by WhatsApp, telephone or email, such as name, contact details, pickup and drop-off information, travel dates, passenger details and other information needed to prepare the requested service.
Your data is used to prepare quotes, manage requested transport services and communicate with you about the booking. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures or the service you request and, where applicable, your consent when contacting us.
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions such as clicks on WhatsApp, telephone and email links. Analytics may process technical information including the page visited, approximate country, device type and interaction time. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the requested service and any applicable legal or administrative obligations.
